# Fee Structure

The current fee structure is the following.

**USD Yield Vault:**

* Management fee: 0.25% 
* Performance fee: 0%
* Entry Fee: 0%
* Exit Fee: 0%

**Optimism Yield Index:**

* Management fee: 0% 
* Performance fee: 20%
* Entry Fee: 0%
* Exit Fee: 0%

### Fee Explanation

* Management Fee: An annual fee that will be charged per block, regardless of the vault's performance
* Performance Fee: Charged at the moment of withdrawal or automatically every month. High watermark applies
* Entry Fee: Entry fees are collected during the deposit.
* Exit Fee: Fees charged upon the deposit withdrawal.
